Han Seung Hee looks nervous, as if she is scared of being recognized and pushes Hoon away calling him crazy then leaving.
Oh Soo Hyun asks Hoon what's going on with him.
Hoon replies that there is only one person who shares the same heartbeat as you in this world. That is your soul-mate.
Soo Hyun believes him...
But Hoon laughs at her and tells her: 'of course it's not true...'
Suddenly Hoon becomes mischievous and teases Soo Hyun that she might be her soul-mate and hugs her to listen to her heart beat. Taken by surprise, Soo Hyun feels nervous and pushes Hoon away then slaps him angrily (That's the 2nd slap that Soo Hyun inflicts on Hoon ^^ )
Hoon goes to apologize to Han Seung Hee for mistaking her as someone else. (I wonder if he is sincere this time...)
Then an emergency arises. Soo Hyun, Hoon and Han Seung Hee have to rapidly attend to a pregnant woman who has a punctured lung.
During the surgery, Hoon scolds Han Seung Hee for not doing her job well as an anesthesiologist.
However, the surgery is a success as the two babies are born safely
Dr Moon on his side decides to have Han Seung Hee do another physical examination to make sure that the first one was not rigged. If the physical examination reveals that Han Seung Hee has only one kidney then there are high chances that she is Jae Hee.
However, the results of the medical examination reveal that Han Seung Hee has two kidneys.
Dr Choi meets Hoon at his hospital and tells him why his father went to N.Korea. It was in fact the Myung Woo hospital director who plotted with the premier Jang Suk Joo to send Park Cheol (Hoon's father) to N.Korea to operate on the leader Kim Il Sung. They knew that if they sent Park Cheol there, he would never be able to return back and hence would not be able to sue the Myung Woo hospital like he intended to do previously.
Hoon gets mad hearing what Dr Choi told him. He shouts at him to stop lying since he knows that they sent him and his father to be killed in North Korea. Dr Choi persists that they tried everything with Jang Suk Joo to bring Hoon and his father back.
Hoon does not believe him and tells him that he does not know the kind of life he and his father led there.
This part is quite dramatic as Hoon pours out all his bitterness for having taken the lives of countless people as a doctor. He tells Dr Choi that what he did there is not a doctor's job but that of a mad dog that only obeys orders to take people's lives...
Dr Choi gives Hoon the bag and glasses of Park Cheol, the only things he could recuperate from North Korea which belonged to the latter. Hoon cries thinking about his father.
Then we move on a calmer scene with Jae Joon and Soo Hyun meeting her father who tells them to get married. However, Soo Hyun and Jae Joon reply that it is too soon for them to marry.

I think that there might be a slight change of heart for Soo Hyun...that's why she is hesitating to marry...
Oh my gosh I was right XD Soo Hyun's feelings are slowly growing for Park Hoon ^^ She's starting to think about Park Hoon unconsciously.
But looks like Jae Joon has another agenda too, i.e. to get revenge for his parents who died because of Myung Woo hospital...
After learning that Jang Suk Joo is the one they have to operate on if they form the best surgical team in Myung Woo hospital, Park Hooon decides to forfeit the competition set by the hospital director. However, as Hoon was prepared to leave, the patient he last operated on menaced to kill herself and her newborn twins if the hospital cannot save them. The two newborns were found to have heart malformations which can be fatal to them.
Park Hoon can't help but do his best to save the babies. One of the babies suddenly stops breathing. Hoon takes the small baby in his arms and tries to reanimate him/her by CPR. (This is the first time I see CPR being done on small babiesO_O)
After trying several times, the baby's heart starts beating again. Hoon can blow a sigh of relief.
Hoon then decides to wear his doctor's coat again and tells them that he won't forfeit on one condition i.e. for every surgery in the competition, the hospital will have to pay for it.
The director accepts while Jang Suk Joo smirks in satisfaction while telling Hoon to take care of him.
(I wonder why Jang Suk Joo absolutely wants Hoon to operate on him...)
