Hi Dear World
How are you doing today?
I want to share a quote I heard today and which felt very enlightening to me.
It was said by the priest during today's morning mass.
He said: 'Si tu n'as pas le temps, prends ton temps.'
In English this translates to: 'If you don't have time, take your time.'
When I first heard it, I thought, that's very contradictory...
But when you think more deeply into it, you realise that what he said is right, it's not that we don't have time, it's we don't stop to think about how to use our time more efficiently and effectively.
Most people don't usually make a priority list of how to use their personal time.
People generally make priority list on how to use their time for their work life or school life or university life among others.
But what about the time we are left with for our personal life...the time we give to our family, to our friends or to things which are important or dear to us (things which are often forgotten) ...
We let the days and weeks and months go by but there are many priorities in our lives which we might have missed out along the way because we did not slow down and realise that we did not make time for them. Figuring out what are the priorities in your personal life might be the key to using your time to the fullest.
We must not forget that time cannot be bought. It is as valuable as good health.
Time is precious.
Take care & have a good week.
Bye
Kalin Lyfe
