Just then the bodyguards break the door open and rush in to help Jang Suk Joo but the latter replies that he just felt dizzy. The director and Dr Choi shout out Park Hoon's name as the latter is leaving but Hoon just doesn't give a damn about them and sings out Sohee's line from Wonder Girls' song 'Tell me' i.e. 'Omona! Dashi Hanbon mal hae jah. Tell me! Tell me! Te Te Te Te Te Te Tell me!'
Lol if you're not a Kpop fan, or if you're into kpop only recently then you probably haven't heard of Wonder Girls' 'Tell me' before ^^ It's a 2007 hit kpop song.

Coming back to the drama, Jang Suk Joo informs the hospital director that Park Hoon is Park Cheol's son.
After hearing that, the director wants to kick out Park Hoon from his hospital. However, Dr Choi refuses to let him do so.
Dr Choi on his side is still trying to track down the boy whose parents had died due to his surgical mistake many years ago. That boy is revealed to be Han Jae Joon (Just like I thought, this guy is here to exact revenge).
Returning back to Park Hoon; he is dragged out to a coffee shop by Oh Soo Hyun and Han Seung Hee where Soo Hyun keeps asking him questions about Jae Hee. I find this situation quite awkward because Han Seung Hee is Jae Hee and it's like they are talking behind Jae Hee's back in front of her...If you understand what I mean... ^^'' Anyway, the main point of this episode is the competition between Dr Han's team and Park Hoon's team. They are competing to save the newborn twin babies.
Again, Park Hoon prepares himself for the surgery by visualizing a simulation of the operation in his head.
But Soo Hyun suddenly interrupts him, asking what he is doing?
Park Hoon tells her that he is doing Image training and to leave.
But Soo Hyun does not want to leave and asks Hoon to teach her what a First assistant has to do during a surgery.
Reluctant at first, Hoon jokes that it's better to have a parasite in the opposing team but later decides to help her because he wants to save the twins.
Suddenly the background ost plays a romantic song ^^ Lol how can they make that kind of scene look romantic XD seriously ^^''
But I wonder if Hoon has some feelings for Soo Hyun too...because he has been holding her close to him a couple of times now... ^^'' If not then Park Hoon is just a flirt... Anyway I'm a Hoon <3 Soo Hyun shipper rather than a Hoon <3 Jae Hee shipper.
Lol returning back to the drama, just when Soo Hyun and Hoon are having such an intimate moment, Han Seung Hee and Han Jae Hoon have to pass by. Of course both of them feel jealous and bitter seeing them together.
Han Jae Joon can't help but interrupt them and ask Soo Hyun to come with him (suddenly it occurs to me that this scene might appear strange to an outsider because they would not understand it as image training... ^^'')
Jae Hee also can't hold herself back from reprimanding Hoon for being close to Soo Hyun by using the excuse that he is helping the opposite team by training Soo Hyun.
Hoon scolds Han Seung Hee for not taking the twins' surgery seriously and tells her that he does not believe that she is Jae Hee anymore because Jae Hee would never have been so uncaring about those two babies who are suffering so much but can't even express their pain. (Me: Go for it Hoon!! You're 100% right on this one!)
Hoon tells Han Seung Hee to leave him.
On Soo Hyun's side, Han Jae Joon tells her that he will replace her by Dr Keum in their team for this surgery. But Soo Hyun refuses vehemently, stating that she really wants to perform this surgery to the point of asking help from the enemy (i.e. Park Hoon).
Jae Joon retorts back that she didn't look embarrassed at all while being with Park Hoon, in fact she looked like she is falling in love with him.
Soo Hyun tells him that he is just jealous but Jae Joon orders her to leave the team because she can't do the surgery.
Soo Hyun is disappointed by Jae Joon's lack of confidence in her and accepts to leave.
She returns back to her office, and tears up while reading her medical books again... (I'm sure she is a character who worked hard to be doctor; it's just that she might not be as skilled and talented as others just yet...but I think she can become better than the other doctors if she receives the right guidance...She somehow reminds me of Oh Jin Hee from the drama 'Emergency Couple' who also went back reading her medical books when she was looked down on by the other doctors...)
Me: Be strong Oh Soo Hyun!! Hwaiting!! Don't feel down because of that Jerk Jae Joon's words...
The Han Jae Joo guy proves to be quite a petty jerk who would go to any length to win and seek revenge.
As we can see him sending a message request to the mole he planted in Hoon's team. Note: I'll call that traitor guy 'the mole' because I don't remember his name ^^'' But I wonder what does Han Jae Joon have under his sleeves that the mole obeys him like that?
Well coming back to the drama, the mole obeys Han Jae Joon's order and slams a door hard on his hand to break it so that he can come up with the excuse of a broken hand then he won't have to participate in the surgery in Hoon's team. Me: what cowards and losers... (I'm referring to both the mole and Han Jae Joon) They can't even play it fairly?? There are the babies life at stake here!!??
Finally, Hoon has no choice but to seek Oh Soo Hyun to be his first assistant. However, Soo Hyun is in a completely discouraged state after being forced to quit by the Jae Joon jerk.
Hoon still encourages her by telling her to be his first assistant for the sake of the babies.
Soo Hyun accepts and holds Hoon's hand reaching out to her.
Han Seung Hee joins Park Hoon's team as anaesthesiologist; but I'm still unclear about her real intentions...
Even Park Hoon feels suspicious about Han Seung Hee and asks Chang Yi to tail her. But I wonder if he knows whether Han Seung Hee works with that tyrant...
Chang Yi follows them cautiously (I hope she doesn't get caught... Btw Chang Yi looks like Sistar's Bora...I wonder if it's her or not ^^'')
Meanwhile, Soo Hyun, Hoon and Han Jae Joon's team are getting ready for the surgery.
Hoon warns Han Jae Joon to save the babies at all cost.
Chang Yi calls Hoon to tell him about the strange meeting that Han Seung Hee is having with a bunch of armed men. Hoon feels worried about Han Seung Hee and immediately thinks about Jae Hee... (Darn he still loves Jae Hee a lot... why? I don't understand...)
Hoon tenses up as Chang Yi tells him that those men are going to kill Han Seung Hee.
